All Indigo Rabbit cookies are baked in a kosher certified bakery.
We do not print the kosher label on our packaging because the produce we use is not certified.

We can assure you that our Cinnamon Almond and Peanut Butter cookies are completely free of any wheat gluten.  The issue is that for some of our customers, including Whole Foods Markets, the term gluten free also implies that our facility is gluten free.  At this point, we are using a shared facility and therefore cannot make that claim.
